“I love what the breath and yoga can do for your body, mind and spirit. The peace that it brings is a gentle reminder to all who practice. Living in the present moment, not worrying about the past or future is an enormous gift to give yourself. I see yoga and the breath as a means to help us remember what we already know about ourselves; that we are essentially joyful, peaceful beings.” - Har Sharan
