Welcome to Seek Balance Kundalini Yoga in Virginia Beach. We hope you enjoy our site, and that the information will help you to decide to begin taking and enjoying Kundalini Yoga.

Through Kundalini Yoga I have learned to listen to my inner wiser voice and I’ve become more aware of my own energy.  It has taught me how to find my center and to call on the inner strength that was always there but had never been tapped.  The exercises help to awaken a tired body and mind and bring a new feeling of awareness and vitality, while the meditations have taken me to a deeper, quieter place within.  Kundalini Yoga has taught me how to smile again; in the past, smiling was a physical act that I had to think about. I look forward to every class, to sharing the energy that is an outcome of the exercises and meditations. - Sharon
